2026 USA Snowstorm

Due to the significant January–February 2026 winter storm impacting large parts of the United States, including heavy snow, freezing rain, widespread ice, and frigid temperatures that have disrupted road and air travel, deliveries may be delayed beyond our usual timeframes.

The storm has affected transportation networks from the Southern states through the Midwest and Northeast, with thousands of flight cancellations, hazardous driving conditions, and power outages reported across multiple regions.
We’re closely monitoring conditions and working with our carriers to resume normal service as quickly and safely as possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

2025/26 New Years Sales & US Tariff Impacted Shipping

Please be aware that during peak holiday periods particularly Christmas and New Year — postal networks experience significantly higher volumes. As a result, parcels may be delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframes due to nationwide and international backlogs.

Additionally, recent changes to U.S. tariff and customs regulations may result in some international parcels being temporarily held or delayed during customs processing. These delays are outside of our control and may extend delivery times.

We appreciate your patience during these periods and recommend allowing extra time for your order to arrive. Please contact us directly via email or our live chat function for real-time updates on your deliveries. We will do our best to assist you in locating the order and organising a replacement where necessary.

Please allow 1–3 business days for production and processing before your order ships.
Once it’s on the move, you’ll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (when available).

We ship worldwide so you can deck out your walls wherever you are. Delivery times depend on your location and customs clearance — but we’ll always get your art to you as fast as possible.

Domestic (Australia)

  • Economy: 4–8 business days
  • Standard Tracked: 3–7 business days
  • Express Tracked: 1–3 business days

International

  • Economy: 10–22 business days
  • Standard Tracked: 8–15 business days
  • FedEx Priority Express: 3–5 business days

Heads up — Economy Shipping doesn’t include tracking. It’s the budget-friendly option for collectors who don’t mind the wait.

Choose any Tracked or Express/Priority option (including FedEx) for real-time updates. Your tracking info will appear on your order status page within 48 hours of dispatch.
